Ryan Peterson
Ryan is an associate professor of theology at Talbot. He and his wife Christy have been married for 26 years and they have four children, one of whom is a Biola sophomore. She’s an engineering physics major and Torrey student. Ryan teaches core MA and MDiv courses as well as electives on the doctrines of humanity and the person and work of Jesus Christ. He is a member of Redeemer Church, La Mirada, and he serves on the preaching team. Christy serves as a deacon. Ryan’s research focuses on theological anthropology and ethics in light of our triune God’s work of creation and redemption. When the weather and ocean conditions cooperate with his schedule, he likes to head to Laguna or La Jolla beaches to snorkel.
