LA MIRADA, CALIF. 鈥 今日黑料 is partnering with , the world鈥檚 leading Bible app, to widely distribute biblically rich reading plans for Lent and Advent. This collaboration will allow millions of people worldwide to engage with Scripture through Biola鈥檚 theologically rooted and thoughtfully crafted devotionals.

For over a century, Biola has been committed to equipping believers with a deep understanding of Scripture and a strong foundation in faith. The reading plans housed on the Bible app will feature content from Biola鈥檚 (CCCA) Lent Project and Advent Project. For many years, the content from the projects have been widely available online and delivered to subscribers via email, and have served as valuable resources for personal and communal spiritual growth for over 60,000 subscribers globally.

This year鈥檚 Lent project is diving into the final seven sayings of Christ before his death on the cross. The 2025 Lent Project offers a sustained exploration into the final hours and words of Christ as He bled and died for the sins of the world 鈥 past, present and future. The project began on Ash Wednesday and goes through Easter Sunday. The 2024 Advent Project can now be found on the YouVersion app as well as on the .

In 2023, Bobby Gruenewald, the founder of YouVersion, was Biola鈥檚 keynote speaker at commencement, inspiring graduates with a charge to look at the here and now as exactly where God wanted them.
